How It Works

Consultation to evaluation to delivery — nothing skips the exam room.

Telehealth supports the relationship after you're an established patient. It never replaces the initial in-person evaluation.

1

Book a consultation

Tell us a bit about your goals and health history online or by phone. We'll schedule your in-person evaluation at our Los Cabos clinic.

2

Walk in for your medical evaluation

A licensed physician reviews your health history, current medications, and goals in person — this step is never skipped, and no prescription is written without it.

3

Your physician determines a plan, if appropriate

If you're a candidate for GLP-1 or peptide therapy, your physician builds a plan around your health profile. If you're not a candidate, they'll tell you honestly and explain why.

4

Our pharmacy dispenses your treatment

Our affiliated pharmacy fills your prescribed treatment. Your first fill happens as part of your visit; nothing is sold over the counter without an evaluation on file.

5

Refills delivered locally, follow-ups scheduled

Once you're an established patient, refills can be delivered across Los Cabos, and follow-up check-ins (in person or telehealth, depending on your plan) keep your treatment on track.

i Why the in-person requirement? GLP-1 and peptide therapies carry real contraindications and side effects. A physical evaluation lets a licensed physician catch issues a form can't — that's the whole reason this step exists.
